Things people ask.
Is this how much I will make if I fix it?
No. It's a rough way to compare six areas against each other, using a few numbers and some stated assumptions. It points at where to look first. It isn't a forecast, a promise or financial advice.
What is the email health score?
A 0 to 100 read of your answers. Each of the six areas gets a score on the same scale (the bigger its estimated leak, the lower the score), and the health score is the average of the six. It is a quick read, not a measurement of your account.
Where do the percentages come from?
From our own judgement of how much each kind of gap tends to matter, not from a study. Every share is listed in the full report, so you can see exactly what was assumed and disagree with it.
I don't know how many sales come from email.
Skip that question. The estimate then uses a reference range based on your list size, open rate and price instead, and says so.
What does the sender check look at?
If you add your domain, your browser asks public DNS for its mail records: MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, the ones Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook check before they trust bulk email. Only the domain is looked up. It can't see inside your platform or promise inbox placement.
What happens when I give my email?
Your full report opens on the page, and we keep a copy of your answers and results. If you want to talk it through, book a call and we'll start from them. No newsletter and no automated sequence.
