Why we’re writing this down
If you’re thinking about handing your email to someone, you’re probably wondering whether a robot is going to write it. Fair question. So here’s how it works, what AI touches, and what it never does.
The line we hold
AI speeds up drafts and checks. It doesn’t decide anything. It doesn’t know your business, your clients or what you’d never say. We do, because we ask, and you tell us.
Where everything starts
Every project starts with your words. Your past emails, your site, your sales calls, the way you explain what you do. We build a voice profile from that before we write anything. If you sound warm and blunt, the emails sound warm and blunt. If you never use exclamation marks, neither do we.
How an email gets made
- You brief it. You tell us what the email has to do and who it’s for.
- AI drafts. From your voice profile and your material.
- A person rewrites. Until it sounds like you.
- Voice check. Rules built from your writing flag anything that doesn’t.
- You approve. Then we build it in your account.
No step invents anything, and nothing skips your approval.
What AI does here
- First drafts, from your material and your voice profile.
- Checking drafts against your voice rules before a person reviews them.
- Tidying research, notes and call transcripts so nothing gets lost.
- QA lists, so links, tags and triggers get checked the same way every time.
What AI never does
- Decide your strategy or which email journey to build first.
- Send anything. Every send is set up and approved by a person.
- Make up a story, a result or a testimonial.
- Change anything in your account without a person checking it first.
- Get the final say on whether something sounds like you. You do.
What we’re honest about
AI drafts aren’t perfect, and we don’t pretend they are. That’s why a person rewrites and you approve. We won’t promise perfect voice matching. We’ll promise that no email or sequence goes live until you’ve read it and said yes.
Your data
You keep your accounts and your list. We work inside your tools, not ours. AI tools only see what the work needs, like past emails, notes and drafts. Your subscriber list stays in your email platform. If you want to know which tools we use on your project, ask and we’ll tell you.
The fine print
Every email and sequence we write with AI help is reviewed by a person and approved by you before it goes live. Your approval is the final check. We don’t guarantee results, revenue or inbox placement, because nobody honestly can. We set up consent, sender details and unsubscribe links properly in the platforms we build in. We’re not lawyers, though, and this isn’t legal advice. If you’re unsure whether you can email someone, ask a professional. The tools we use will change. When they do, we’ll update this page.
How to test us
Ask us to show you the draft before the rewrite. Ask to see your voice rules. Ask what we changed and why. We’d rather you check than wonder.
Common questions
Was this page written with AI?
It was drafted with AI from how we work.
Will my emails sound like AI?
Not if we do our job. Your voice profile and a person’s rewrite are there for exactly that, and you approve every one.
Do you use AI for strategy?
No. Strategy comes from talking to you and looking at your list. AI helps us write up what we decided.
Does AI send emails on my behalf?
No. A person sets up every send, and nothing goes live until you’ve approved it.
