Build Your AI Operating System

I asked a room of 118 founders how many had a written brand voice doc they'd actually fed to their AI tools. Fewer than ten hands went up, and that's the leak almost nobody talks about.

Your AI keeps sounding generic because it doesn't know anything about your business. Every session starts from zero, so you re-explain yourself, then rewrite most of what comes back. The workshop fixes that at the root, and you leave with the one document that makes it stick.

What you get

Everything from the session, free. No sales pitch attached to it.

The full workshop recording

The whole session, start to finish. Watch it back at your own pace, or skip to the part you need.

The Business Context Builder skill

The skill package that walks you through building your context doc, question by question. Works in Claude, Perplexity, and Cowork. ChatGPT users get the prompt pack instead.

The 5 workshop prompts

The exact prompts from the room, cleaned up and ready to run in any AI tool. Each one builds on the last.

What is a context doc?

A context doc is one document that tells any AI tool who you are, who you serve, how you sound, and what you sell. You write it once and paste it into the places you already work. From then on, every session starts loaded with your business instead of a blank slate, so you stop re-explaining yourself and the output stops sounding like everyone else's. That's the point where your AI setup starts to compound instead of resetting.

It covers your throughline, your business, your audience in their own words, your current focus, the phrases you use and the ones you avoid, your offers, and the rules for how you want AI to work with you. That's Layer 1 of a three-layer system, and it's the layer almost nobody has built.

The 3-Layer AI Operating System

  1. Layer 1: Context. Your business, your voice, your audience, and your offers, written down once in a form AI can actually load. This is what the workshop builds, and it's the layer almost nobody has.
  2. Layer 2: Skills. Reusable instructions that teach AI to do specific jobs your way. A newsletter writer that knows your voice. A lead reply that fires in seconds.
  3. Layer 3: Workflows. The automations that run without you, connecting the pieces so the work happens whether or not you're at your desk.

The workshop builds Layer 1. Get that right and the other two get much easier, because everything above it inherits the same context. Read the full breakdown.

Who this is for

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to have been at the workshop?

No. The recording and the starter kit are the whole session, so you can work through it from scratch. Nothing assumes you were in the room.

Which AI tools does this work with?

The 5 prompts run anywhere: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Cowork, whatever you already use. The Business Context Builder skill package works in Claude, Perplexity, and Cowork. If you're on ChatGPT, use the prompt pack, which gets you to the same place.

How long does it take?

The quick path is about 25 minutes and gets you a working context doc. There's also a deeper path, roughly one to two hours, that pulls from your real sources like a LinkedIn export or past AI chats. Start with the quick path.

What is a context doc, in plain terms?

One document that tells any AI tool who you are, who you serve, how you sound, and what you sell. You paste it in once and every session starts loaded, so you stop re-explaining your business and the output stops sounding generic.

What does it cost?

Nothing. The recording, the skill package, and the prompts are free. You'll also get AI Operated, my weekly read on using AI to run a real business, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
